Will the face-to-face sessions be recorded? 

No, we will not be recording sessions happening face-to-face during the week of the conference.

Where should I park on-site and how much does it cost?

Please find all parking information on our site here: https://www.ctesummerconference.com/maps-parking

Hotel guests should park at the LAZ Parking between 4th and 5th and Cherry and Marshall Streets (attached to the Embassy Suites). Cost is $10 daily or $20 for overnight guests.  

Daily conference participants should park at the 6th/Cherry-Trade Parking Deck across from the Benton Convention Center. Cost is $10 daily.

Where and when do I check-in on site?

You must check-in at the Benton Convention Center – Main Level in the Salem Foyer to receive a name tag and be eligible for credit for the conference.

Registration hours are as follows:

  • Sunday - 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

  • Monday - 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

  • Tuesday - 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

  • Wednesday - 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Where are my sessions located on-site?

Please check the conference app for specific locations of each session. 

You can view the floorplan of each hotel here or in the conference app.  

Are there additional fees for certain sessions? 

Yes, there are a handful of sessions that have additional fees. You can view these listed on the agenda page.

How do I get credit for sessions I attend?

Certificate CEUs will be based on session attendance.

You will use the conference app to check-in to each session and complete all session surveys to get CEU credit.

Certificates will be emailed directly to participants.

When and how can I get my certificate?

Certificates will be send via email no later than August 15, 2024.

What should I do if I have questions or need help?
